ETED Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ETED, including our website, digital products, downloads, educational materials, templates, tools, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “ETED,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ETED. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of our website.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Online Store

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for a lawful reason
  • Limit or cancel orders
  • Limit product quantities
  • Discontinue or modify products
  • Correct pricing, description, or availability errors
  • Suspend access when these Terms are violated

We will not discriminate against customers or unlawfully deny service.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Digital Products

ETED primarily sells electronically delivered products, which may include:

No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the software, devices, applications, technical knowledge, and internet access required to open and use a product.

Product colors, formatting, and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s device, screen, printer, software, or application.

4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information.

By submitting an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You have reviewed the product description
  • You understand that you are purchasing a digital product
  • You agree to the price and applicable charges shown during checkout

Prices may change at any time without advance notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been completed unless the original price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.

We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicated, improperly priced, or intended for unauthorized resale or distribution.

5. Final-Sale Policy

Because ETED products are digital and may be delivered or accessed immediately, all purchases are final.

We do not provide returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for accidental purchases, changes of mind, failure to read a description, purchasing the wrong product, personal dissatisfaction, incompatibility, lack of technical knowledge, or failure to achieve a desired result.

If a customer receives the wrong file, a corrupted file, a duplicate charge, or no access to a completed purchase, ETED will investigate and attempt to correct the issue.

All refund matters are governed by our separately posted Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms eliminates any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

6. Product License

Unless a product listing expressly provides different license terms, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual-property rights to you.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away a product
  • Upload a product to a shared drive, membership platform, marketplace, or file-sharing website
  • Claim an ETED product or its contents as your own original creation
  • Copy or reproduce a product for sale
  • Convert a product into another format for redistribution
  • Use ETED content to create a directly competing product
  • Share download links or account credentials
  • Remove copyrights, trademarks, watermarks, or ownership notices
  • Use a product for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes

Buying one copy does not grant permission to distribute the product to clients, customers, employees, students, groups, or organizations unless the product listing includes an appropriate commercial, team, or extended license.

7. Templates and Customer-Created Materials

Where permitted by the applicable product license, you may customize templates for your personal or internal business use.

You retain ownership of the original information and content you add to a template. ETED retains ownership of the underlying template, structure, graphics, instructions, written content, and original design.

Adding your own name, logo, colors, images, or information does not give you ownership of the original ETED product or permission to resell it.

8. Intellectual Property

The ETED website and its original content—including its name, logos, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, text, product descriptions, downloads, templates, educational materials, and website arrangement—are owned by or licensed to ETED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, republished, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by a product license.

9. Educational and Informational Purposes

ETED products are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating information and consulting an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

10. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

ETED does not guarantee that purchasing or using a product will produce income, sales, customers, business growth, employment, followers, or any other particular result.

Examples, testimonials, strategies, and case studies are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.

Your results may depend on your effort, experience, decisions, market, audience, resources, pricing, implementation, and other circumstances outside ETED’s control.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or products to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s account
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, or extract website content through automated means without permission
  • Submit false payment or identity information
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud another person

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login details, email account, device, or download links.

13. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it
  • The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience
  • The content does not violate another person’s rights
  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or misleading

You grant ETED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and share submitted content for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party platforms, applications, payment processors, design tools, software, or websites.

Third-party services are governed by their own policies and terms. ETED is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, or performance of third-party services.

A link or reference does not necessarily mean that ETED endorses the third party.

15. Errors and Inaccuracies

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, incorrect prices, missing details, or technical problems.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If we cancel a paid order because of our error and do not provide the purchased product, we will issue an appropriate refund.

16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, customer accounts, or third-party services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, updates, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

ETED disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

We do not guarantee that every product will be suitable for every customer, device, business, jurisdiction, or purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your access to or use of the website or products, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ETED’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid ETED for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

19. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ETED harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website or a product
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Your unauthorized resale, sharing, or distribution of ETED content

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse our products, participate in fraudulent activity, or threaten the security or operation of our website.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions concerning intellectual property, licenses, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other terms intended to survive termination.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Customers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their own state or country. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. No Waiver

ETED’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, product descriptions, and any product-specific license terms, form the complete agreement between you and ETED concerning your use of the website and purchases.

If a product listing contains specific license terms that conflict with the general license above, the product-specific terms control for that product.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
